The Hospital v. The Patient, This Juneteenth Let’s Create Solutions

What is the systemic problem and how can it be fixed or optimized for holistically better results?
Isn't this what the political and legal systems are for?
Does every Black Woman of Color need to become an attorney?

Let's start with the money… companies and governments make money from the activities of people. All of these people are born from Women. Black Women of Color were, and still are in some cultures, enslaved for labor and to produce more enslaved peoples who do activities which create value/money for companies and governments. Hospitals are made to optimize the people that are born from Women. Black Women of Color suffer from offenses committed at Hospitals, and other establishments and institutions as well. Yet, the wealth/money distribution shows that Black Women of Color do not have adequate access to wealth/money. From the ground level of how neglect and medical malpractice plays out, without biased advocacy for the betterment of Black Women of Color, these women suffer from offenses (big and small) committed at Hospitals. Medical Records derived from the hospital are not accurate or non-existent for these offenses. How reliable is the Medical systems analytics as a whole wrt purpose and relevance if these recording habits are proven suspect of historical and cultural medical malpractice? Politics, government, and legal systems; do attorneys work for free, do they battle for the optimization of civil rights toward a better constitutional system? Or do they work/do their job for those with access to greater wealth/money distributions?

Cultural bias or bias from any source causes some unnecessary thoughts and judgements, and in the workplace the main point is to do your job. What happens when little offenses become widespread hate crimes? I would call this the foundation of modern day persistent systemic racism accompanied by the culture of passive/active racism. The doctor, not ordering an ex-ray, yet still prescribing a treatment plan. Improper application of an IV, lack of proper medical record documentation - offenses (big and/or small) committed at Hospitals.

Where are the reliability, accountability, and transparency metrics for optimization of the medical industry to stop their passive attack on Black Women of Color?

Electronic patient record addendum updates and confirmations for all hospital activities, with confirmations from the patient, immediate family, doctors, surgeons, nurses, and caregivers. Yet, even this could become one sided with more people invested in the hospital vs the patient. So, what then is the purpose of the Hospital, to save/extend life for some people while actively shortening life for others? So, Hospitals only save/extend life for those with greater wealth/money distributions, that is the wealth/money distributions wrt to the Hospital vs the Patient. In this respect the superstructure takes priority over the physical structure (i.e. the person). What makes this any less true for any person? If the Black Women of Color is the producer of persons who do activities that create greater wealth/money distributions and are not protected equivalent to the holistic/intrinsic value they create, then who will create the peoples who do activities that create greater wealth/money distributions? How will the wealth/money distributions created from people be protected from the priority of the superstructure (i.e. Hospital, company, culture, industry) over the physical structures, that is the people?

Collectively, people must understand the holistic impact of a global ecology and a global economy which now literally connects everyone regardless of culture. And, electronic patient record addendum updates and confirmations for all hospital activities, with confirmations from the patient, immediate family, doctors, surgeons, nurses, and caregivers can help this current situation. However, the Social Justice World War will not end until we start celebrating Environmental and Social Justice, normalizing cultural diversity, and supporting Environmental and Social Justice as a collaborative global industry.
